The heroic cyclist!??

Yours truly, the intrepid cyclist battling the elements whilst cycling 210 Kms around Sado Island Niigata Japan. It rained all day, from lunch time on the wind increased and was quite blustery. Perversely, it was a very enjoyable ride! Took about 9 hours.

After cycling up Takao-san this was the view that greeted me! Fantastic! An excellent day!! Cycled 125kms in all, quite a bit of climbing too!
